Refund Policy
Because each boot skin is made to order and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. We accept return or refund requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Request Window Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or custom-printed boot skins where the design was approved by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Orders where an incorrect size or design was selected by the customer at checkout
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
